Kangana Ranaut is excited about her upcoming biopic Thalaivi, which will see her portraying actor-politician J Jayalalithaa.
Kangana had earlier spoken about her dramatic weight transformation for the role but today, the actor has given a glimpse of what fans can expect from her in the trailer, which will be launched tomorrow.
Sharing stills from Thalaivi which show her massive body transformation, Kangana tweeted, “Gaining 20 kgs and loosing it all back within a span of few months wasn’t the only challenge that I faced while filming this Epic Biopic, wait is getting over just in few hours Jaya will be your forever.”
In the first photo, the actor is seen sporting a retro look as Jayalalithaa in a white floral shirt and yellow shorts.
In the second photo, you see her wearing a golden attire for a song sequence and you can also notice that she appears to have gained significant weight for that particular part.
In the final picture, we see Kangana as Jayalalithaa, Tamil Nadu CM.
While there are people who are mighty impressed with her physical transformation, there are some who are calling a 'liar' as they can clearly notice prosthetic makeup on her face.
