Open MyJio app and tap ‘Recharge’
Tap on ‘International Roaming’ & select the pack which you want to recharge
Tap on buy and select the payment mode and make the payment
Open www.jio.com website
Click on ‘Quick Pay’ on the home page
Enter Jio number & click on ‘International Roaming’
Select the IR pack & Click on ‘Buy’
Select the payment mode and make the payment
Post recharge your IR services will be automatically activated along with the IR pack.
Through Jio Store/ Jio Retailer:
You can visit our Jio store or Jio Retailer to recharge your Jio number with our International Roaming Pack
* Important points:
-International Roaming will be activated within 4 hours of buying the pack. Please ensure that your SIM is connected to Jio network during this period. Your phone will stop receiving signals once the activation process begins, thereafter kindly restart your phone for your request to be processed.
For Postpaid Customer
IR needs to be activated by the customer via Selfcare options. This will enable you to use IR at IR Pay Go rates
Postpaid customer need not necessarily have to buy an ISD / IR pack to activate the services. All a customer need to do is to activate IR and if required be, increase the Credit limit via selfcare options.
Steps to Activate International roaming through MyJio
On the MyJio home screen scroll down and Tap on “ISD/Roaming”
Tap on “Activate” You will see a message that “Your request for IR has been submitted successfully along with a Reference Number”
You will receive a Notification message once the IR service is enabled successfully
You will get an option increase the Credit Limit or to Purchase pack. You can select the suitable option required.
