What's the difference between a Unified Communications Certificate (UCC) and a Wildcard SSL?
Wildcard SSLs will protect a single domain and all of its subdomains (one-level only). For example, a wildcard on domain.com would protect mail.domain.com. A UCC SSL will protect a specific number of domains (anywhere from 3-200). For example, a UCC could cover domain.com, mail.domain.com, discover.mail.com (two level subdomain) and mydomain.com.
