I went for my
regular knee check up to hospital on 23rd
may 2009 and doctor scold me and gave me final warning about my knee that I am
giving attention to my knee
Seating 9hours in office has put me in problem I have got 30days time in which I can improve my knee after that doctor is not responsible .(doctor told to choose one thing give 9 hours to job or look after knee)

Hence from today onwards I will come
half day from 8.30am to 1 pm
Doctor has
asked me to come hospital daily at 1.30pm to 3pm for psychotherapy excise after
excise I don’t have the capacity to come back office and work
