The Washington-based PTI and the SPAA at Rutgers University in Newark, N.J., are working together to help officials make better use of technology in government. PTI and SPAA will promote the development of next generation Web-based training and information systems, and will work toward achieving common strategic goals. The alliance gives SPAA a presence in Washington, and allows PTI access to the National Center for Public Performance and the Rutgers E-Governance Institute.
